Scope of service

EzySourcing provides buyer-side sourcing support — supplier sourcing and qualification, negotiation, factory audit, quality control, order follow-up and export coordination — under a written service agreement specifying scope and fees for each engagement.

Fees and payment

Service fees are disclosed upfront in writing and agreed exclusively with the client. Product costs, tooling, samples, freight, duties and third-party testing are paid directly by the client. We accept no commissions, kickbacks or referral fees from any supplier.

Roles and responsibilities

Purchase contracts are made between the client and the supplier. EzySourcing acts as the client's representative and does not take title to goods. We exercise reasonable professional care in sourcing, verification and inspection services but do not guarantee supplier performance.

Walk-away clause

Should EzySourcing receive any payment from a supplier relating to a client's project, the client may terminate the agreement immediately, and EzySourcing will refund the service fee in full.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the service fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
